Personal therapy is a safe space and time dedicated to you to explore whatever feels important to you. This might be what's going on for you in life right now, or it might be something from your past that you want to start making sense of. Maybe you're not sure what it is you want to talk about, but you know that something isn't quite right. Working through your difficulties together with me, you can feel confident that you are really seen and heard. We can look at what's going on for you and work out what might be helpful.
Sessions are 50 minutes long, usually weekly. This is because therapy is most effective with consistency, allowing the time to build a secure and trusting therapeutic relationship and for the work to really impact you positively.
